My Tracking is not working?


Please note that all orders shipped between Friday night 5 PM EST and Monday Morning will have their tracking info go active once the package reaches the carriers sorting facility. Carrier do not pick up on weekends. Your order has shipped but tracking will not be available until Carrier does initial scan.

Where are the parts shipped from?


Our parts are shipped from our Fulfillment Centers in Ottawa, ON and Alexandria Bay New York.

What are my shipping options?


Deliveries within Canada are through the United Parcel Service (UPS), and Canada Post. Continental USA deliveries are through United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (U.S. Post).


Orders with express shipping will ship with UPS Express or DHL express based on customer location.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?


No, currently customer orders are only shipped to the billing address the order is placed with. We do not allow orders to be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.

How quickly can I accept my delivery via UPS Ground?


UPS Ground takes between 2 – 4 days. The variance is due to the physical location and whether you are in an urban or rural area. Example: If you live in a city on the east coast you are closer to 2 days. If you live in a rural community in Texas you are closer to the 4 days.

What can I expect for delivery times?


Delivery times vary between 1-5 business days depending on your location. The suggested delivery arrival dates on the site are an estimate of the delivery arrival time and not a guarantee. All shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control.

My Part Arrived Damaged; What do I do?


If you receive your product and it is damaged, please contact our customer support as soon as possible as AutoShack will only accept your claim for up to 4 days from the date of delivery. Please document any damage, as we will require photos. Damaged products will not be accepted for refund unless AutoShack customer service has been contacted and the proper documentation has been provided. You can contact us by telephone at 1-866-990-3871, by our option to send an email or by chat.

My package arrived but parts are missing


If the package arrives with missing parts, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to us. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 30 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs.

Is there a cost to return an item?


All items purchased through AutoShack within 30 days of invoice date that have not been installed can be returned for a refund.

Return Shipping Cost?


Return Shipping is customers responsibility if customer entered incorrect vehicle fitment and / or did not review the fitment chart below the product description prior to purchase.
Unless otherwise specified by our staff, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

Does someone need to sign for the shipment?


Our shipments do not require a signature. By purchasing through our website you acknowledge that the shipping company has permission to leave the product at your residence (Front door, porch, gate, etc..)

I’ve ordered my items but they have not arrived


AutoShack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, upon the carrier marking the package as delivered AutoShack is no longer responsible for the package. If the package was marked as delivered AutoShack can contact the carrier to confirm delivery and provide the customer with carriers proof of delivery.

How do I track my order?


When you place an order you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Follow the instructions in the email to track your items using the provided tracking number.

What happens if I am not home when my package arrives?


Whether or not a package is left at your door is left to the discretion of the driver. We understand that you have places to be and things to do. So, if you missed your delivery, don’t worry! Your purchases will go to your carrier's closest location and you will receive a notification informing you where and when you can pick up your purchase.

Why can I only ship to my billing address?


Simply put, we implement this procedure to reduce fraud and protect our customers.

Express Shipping on Limited Lifetime Warranty Items?


Warranty replacements Items do not ship with Express Shipping. If the customer would like to Have the Limited Lifetime Warranty Replacement Shipped Express they can pay a nominal fee to get Express Shipping.

Items Not Eligible for Express Shipping?


Due to Express Shipping involving Air Travel some items cannot be shipped express at this time. Currently these items are AutoShack Strut and Shocks.
